Hi, I’m Roderick Harris. I’ve been playing piano since I was 5 years old and have dedicated my life to music. I studied classical piano at a High School for the Arts in St. Petersburg, Florida, and I’ve been teaching students since 1988. With over three decades of experience, I’ve developed a unique approach that goes beyond basic lessons. Helping students become complete, well-rounded musicians. My methods are inspired by the ETAPKI approach of Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, ensuring my students can read, play by ear, improvise, and compose with confidence.
